I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and have over 15 years experience, mostly in public sector mental health, in Canada and New Zealand. My approach to therapy includes elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, at times in combination, depending on your needs. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where I can help you to develop the skills and resilience to tackle anything that life throws at you.
